Terms of service

These terms govern your use of pilezero.com and the PileZero application (the "Service"), operated by PileZero LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

PileZero generates eBay listing details from photos you upload, provides a review workflow for editing those details, and lists items on your connected eBay account. Plan tiers determine your credits and generation limits as described on ourpricing page.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You or your business must be based in the United States.
• Connecting an eBay account authorizes us to create listings on your behalf until you disconnect it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to list items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited by eBay's policies.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties, or bypass generation and billing controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

AI-generated listing details may contain errors, including incorrect brands, sizes, materials, conditions, or prices. You must review them before listing. You, the seller, are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of every listing you list, and for compliance with eBay's policies and applicable law. PileZero may flag visible issues and missing required fields to help review, but flags are assistance, not a guarantee.

Billing and cancellation

• Starter provides 10 free AI credits each calendar month. Unused free credits do not roll over. Successful AI generation for one item uses one credit; failed attempts and manual listing do not.
• Pro is billed $20 monthly in advance through our payment processor and adds 200 paid credits for each successfully paid billing period. Unused paid credits roll over without an expiration date while your account remains open. Extra packs of 200 credits cost $10 each. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are usable only through the Service.
• Additional credits are prepaid, not billed as overage. You may optionally authorize automatic purchases when a generation you start needs more credits than you have available, subject to a monthly spending cap you set in account settings. Each original generation request can trigger at most one automatic pack purchase. You can turn automatic top-ups off at any time.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in account settings; Pro remains available through the period already paid for, then your account returns to Starter. Your unused paid credits remain saved but cannot be used until you resubscribe and regain Pro access.
• If a renewal payment fails, existing paid credits may remain usable for up to seven days while payment is retried. No new monthly credits or credit purchases are available until payment succeeds. Credits associated with refunded or disputed payments may be held or reversed while the issue is resolved.
• Except where required by law, subscription and credit-pack payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused credits. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal or purchase.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the listings you create. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Service. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including software, design, and branding.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated listings will be accurate or will sell.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing support from your verified account address. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violation of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
