Terms of service

Effective July 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of pilezero.com and the PileZero application (the "Service"), operated by PileZero ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

PileZero generates draft eBay listings from photos you upload, provides a review workflow for editing and approving those drafts, and lists approved items on your connected eBay account. Plan tiers determine your included monthly generation count, overage terms, and generation limits as described on our pricing page.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• Connecting an eBay account authorizes us to create listings on your behalf until you disconnect it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to list items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited by eBay's policies.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties, or bypass generation and billing controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Listing drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors, including incorrect brands, sizes, materials, conditions, or prices. Drafts must be reviewed before listing. You, the seller, are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of every listing you list, and for compliance with eBay's policies and applicable law. PileZero may flag visible issues and missing required fields to help review, but flags are assistance, not a guarantee.

Billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Pro usage above the included monthly allowance is billed in arrears at the rate shown on the pricing page. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, then your account returns to Starter.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused generation allowances.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the listings you create. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Service. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including software, design, and branding.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated listings will be accurate or will sell.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violation of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
