Referral program rules

Effective October 9, 2026

These rules are part of the PileZero terms of service. They explain how referral links and codes work and when bonus credits are given or taken back. We may change or end the program; changes don't affect bonus credits already granted.

The offer

• For a new seller: sign up with a referral link or code, then go Pro. Your first Pro payment adds 100 bonus credits, unless the code you used shows a different amount.
• For the referring seller: sellers with an active Pro membership get a referral link and code to share. When someone you referred has kept their first Pro payment for 30 days and has connected an eBay seller account, you get 500 bonus credits. Every referral that qualifies earns a reward; there's no yearly limit.
• If your Pro membership ends, the link or code you already shared keeps working, and the rewards it earns are still added to your account.
• Some codes come from creators we sponsor. They give new sellers a welcome bonus, shown when the code is applied, and earn the creator nothing in the app; any payment to the creator is separate from this program.

Bonus credits

• Bonus credits work like your other credits, are usable only while you have an active Pro membership, and never expire while your account is open.
• They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or other credits.
• If the payment a bonus depends on is refunded or credited back (in whole or in part) or disputed, we take back the part of that bonus you haven't used. Credits you already used aren't charged back, and taking back a bonus never creates a balance you owe. If a dispute closes with the payment standing (the card issuer rules for PileZero), the credits taken back are restored.

Who qualifies

• Referrals are for new PileZero accounts. A code is attached when the account is created, or can be added once in settings before the first Pro payment, and it can't be changed afterwards. Each account can be referred only once.
• You can't refer yourself. A referral doesn't count if the new account pays with a card the referring seller has saved or paid with, and a new seller must connect an eBay seller account that hasn't been connected to another PileZero account.
• For the referring seller's reward, the new seller must connect their eBay account within 90 days of their first Pro payment. The new seller's own welcome bonus doesn't depend on eBay.
• Suspended accounts don't earn rewards. We may review a referral before rewarding it, and we may deny or remove rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or a breach of these rules.

Sharing your link

• When you share your link or code anywhere others can see it, say that you get bonus credits if they go Pro. The message PileZero prepares for you includes this.
• Don't send spam, buy ads that use the PileZero or eBay names, pose as PileZero or eBay, or make claims about PileZero that aren't true.
• Share only your own link or code, and don't use it to sign up yourself. Codes can't be bought or sold.

What each side sees

• A referring seller sees a masked email (such as j•••@example.com), the signup date, and whether each referral is in progress, rewarded, or not rewarded. They don't see when the sellers they refer pay, or their payment, eBay, or account details.
• A referred seller sees the code they joined with and the status of their own bonus.
• Our privacy policy describes the referral data we keep.
